Two questions:
What is max. attack speed?
Do bonuses from skills to attack speed sums up?

when you say max. attack speed do you mean the quickest or the slowest?

quickest would probably be sword/axe at 1.25 seconds and the slowest is the horn bow at 2.7 seconds
